First, we inspect your carpets and identify problem areas. We pre-treat stains and high-traffic zones with solutions designed for your specific carpet type and the type of soil we’re dealing with.
Then comes the deep cleaning. Our truck-mounted equipment uses hot water extraction to pull dirt, allergens, and cleaning solution out of your carpet fibers. This isn’t the same as rental machines – we’re using commercial-grade equipment with much stronger suction.
We finish with a thorough inspection and grooming of the carpet fibers. Most carpets dry within 6-8 hours, and we’ll give you specific care instructions to keep them looking their best longer.
Every carpet cleaning includes pre-inspection, furniture moving (within reason), pre-treatment of stains and traffic areas, hot water extraction cleaning, and post-cleaning inspection. We don’t charge extra for basic stain treatment or deodorizing.
We use truck-mounted equipment that provides consistent water temperature and stronger suction than portable units. Our cleaning solutions are safe for kids and pets but tough on dirt and stains.
